We built this site for people who care about privacy. It would be hypocritical to not practice what we document.
1. What We Collect
The minimum required to deliver your purchase:
- ›Email address — to deliver download links and order confirmations
- ›Payment information — processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details
- ›Order history — so you can re-download your documents

3. Payment Processing
All payments are handled by Stripe, a PCI Level 1 certified payment processor. Your card number, expiration date, and CVC are transmitted directly to Stripe's servers over TLS. They never touch our infrastructure.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal information to anyone. Period. The only third party that receives your data is Stripe, solely for payment processing.
5. Data Retention
We retain your email and order history for as long as your account exists, so you can access your purchases. If you want your data deleted, email us at contact@pdfunderground.com and we'll purge it within 48 hours.
6. Cookies
We use only essential cookies required for authentication and session management. No tracking cookies. No cookie banner needed because there's nothing optional to consent to.
7. Your Rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Contact us at contact@pdfunderground.com. We comply with GDPR, CCPA, and general common sense.
